Tony Carr has been refinishing cars for a little over 8 years, and has placed in national competitions. Of all his killer projects, Tony shared with us his 2010 Camaro SS – finished primarily with SEM Products!

With the help of friends and family, the project took nearly a year and required all glass, doors, fenders hood and deck lid to be removed to achieve a seamless finish.  

Tony chose to use SEM Products including Metalock™ DTM Primer, Hot Rod Black and Self-Etching Primer on the chrome bezel for the tail lights and the bowtie. Factory Pack™ for the red in the bowtie, intake manifold and interior trim, and the clear on all the glossy parts was finished with SEM World Class™ 2.1 Euro Clear. 

Carr tells us, “Much of the work was done by my cousin and myself. My cousin is in the auto body industry as an I-CAR instructor. So, we know a top quality product when we see it.”
