National Accounts Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and cultivates National Account prospects both at the Distributor and end-user levels.Effectively develops, recommends and implements sales strategies to create long term growth with existing accounts and new opportunities.
  • Develops new business including establishment of annual sales programs to meet and exceed established sales goals while creating long term business relationships for national key accounts. Monitors competitive activities within customer base.
  • Achieves targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with the strategic business plan. Responsible for new business sales, sales of new products, and maintaining and growing existing customer base.
  • Works with marketing to develop specific plans to assist with growth and penetration.
  • Develops and maintains marketing and account penetration plans to identify and monitor opportunities. Evaluates market trends and participates in promotional opportunities, sales blitzes, vendor shows, etc. Uses e-commerce tools to increase market penetration while working closely with Regional Sales Managers to monitor opportunities within designated regions and/or geographic areas.
  • Accurately communicates the needs of customers, distributors and end users to the appropriate SEM personnel and addresses in a timely manner. Ensures communication loop between customers, distributors and SEM is properly maintained.
  • Trains distributor sales personnel in promoting the features and benefits of SEM systems. Ensures they are proficient in the demonstration(s) these systems. Displays or demonstrates products, using samples or catalog and emphasizes salable features.

Additional Duties:

  • Travels 50% to 70% per month throughout assigned territories to call on regular and prospective customers.
  • Represents SEM at applicable trade association meetings. Assists in cultivating relationships with insurance companies, MSO’s, and body shop network groups.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree from an accredited college and seven (7) to ten (10) years of national accounts experience preferably with MSO’s and body shop network groups.
  • Proven track record of initiating and driving new sales programs. Demonstrated skills in achieving sales and the ability to implement sales plans.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build solid relationships with senior level management within customer base.

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities:

  • Completes various project assignments, e.g., creating labels, proofing text, etc.
  • Designs art and logos for lay-outs, once approved. Assists in copywriting.
  • Selects necessary graphics and appropriate elements needed for project completion. These include: font selection, preparing samples, etc.
  • Makes revisions as necessary on projects. Reviews proofs and blue-lines from printers and maintains brand quality.
  • Maintains website and other online social media outlets such as Facebook, You Tube, etc.  Makes necessary revisions and works with outside web developers.
  • Responsible for the development of video and photography projects.  These duties include working with the Product Managers to write scripts, producing and editing all promotional and training videos.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently on assigned projects.
  • Thinks creatively to produce new ideas and uses innovation to redefine design briefs.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in from accredited college or university and two to four years of experience in graphic arts/design.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work independently on assigned projects. Must be detail- oriented and focused on meeting project due dates.
  • Uses writing, design, and layout/formatting skills to generate high-quality communications products under strict deadlines.
  • Possesses excellent proofreading skills and is proficient in job-related/ specific software such as Microsoft Office, Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and Acrobat, Flash and Premier. Mac-based experience a plus.
